Are you looking for:
Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing yourself. Maybe you’ve been feeling anxious, exhausted, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Maybe you’re a parent worried about your adolescent, or a young adult trying to hold it all together.
In our work together, we won’t rush toward solutions or slap on a strategy. We’ll slow down, explore what’s really going on underneath the surface, and help you move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
Therapy isn’t about checking a box or “fixing” what’s wrong with you. It’s about feeling safe—safe enough to listen to yourself, to say the things you’ve never said out loud, to be supported in your grief, your confusion, your growth.
Whether you’re an adolescent finding your voice, a young adult carving out your path, or an adult seeking more peace and self-connection—you deserve a space that meets you where you are.
This is where real healing begins.
With over two decades of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, parents, and individuals navigating anxiety, identity shifts, grief, parenting, and life transitions—I’ve learned that healing happens when we stop performing and start telling the truth.
I bring a grounded, relational approach to therapy, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and attachment-focused work. I’ve worked in healthcare systems, led support groups, raised kids in this community, and sat with thousands of hours of human complexity.
You don’t have to explain the culture here—I’m from here. And you don’t have to hide how heavy this political moment feels—I’m holding that too.
My work is grounded in the belief that we heal in relationship—to others and to ourselves. I use a mix of Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, attachment-informed therapy, and practical, strength-based tools to help adolescents, young adults, and adults feel more connected to their experience.
We’ll go at your pace. We’ll follow what’s alive. And we’ll honor the parts of you that have been working so hard to keep things together.
Let’s talk about what’s feeling hard—and what might be possible.
Lelah’s practices are transformative and have changed my entire mind-body reaction in one session, from highly anxious to calm and focused. She has helped find the tools within me to soothe and support myself on an ongoing basis, outside of her office, and with increasingly less assistance. She’s a rich wealth of trusted resources
